MY NEW FAVORITE FALL TREAT

Garlic Mozzarella Bread: Mix 3 cups flour, 1 tsp yeast, 1 tsp sugar, 1 tsp salt, 1 cup warm water, and 2 tbsp olive oil; knead into a soft dough and let rise until doubled.
Melt 4 tbsp butter with 3–4 minced garlic cloves, then brush generously over the risen dough and sprinkle with 1½ cups shredded mozzarella and a little parsley.
Bake at 375°F (190°C) for about 20–25 minutes, until golden and bubbling; let it cool slightly before serving.
Pull apart while warm and enjoy this gooey, garlicky bread as an appetizer, party snack, or cozy movie-night treat!
