Two Alabama men, Dylan Klein, 35, and Lester Eakes, 54, were arrested after an alleged Labor Day home invasion in Center Point turned into a physical confrontation and gunfire. Authorities said the men attempted to enter a home on 1st Place NW, and when the homeowner confronted them, a struggle followed during which the homeowner fired a shot that grazed one of the suspects. The pair allegedly fled on foot but were quickly found near Pinson Boulevard and arrested, with both facing burglary and harassment charges; Klein also faces a DUI charge.
