A Strange “Rope” in the Backyard Turned Out to Be a Fascinating Natural Wonder! While walking through the backyard, a homeowner spotted what looked like a coiled rope or snake moving across the grass, but a closer look revealed a procession of around 150 caterpillars moving together in a long, orderly line.
