Two Alabama men, Dylan Klein, 35, and Lester Eakes, 54, were arrested after an alleged attempted home invasion in Center Point turned violent over Labor Day. According to Jefferson County authorities, the homeowner confronted the men and ordered them to leave, but a physical struggle reportedly followed, during which the homeowner fired a gunshot, grazing one of the suspects. Both men allegedly fled on foot but were located and arrested shortly afterward near Pinson Boulevard and an ALDI store. Klein faces charges including second-degree burglary, harassment and DUI, while Eakes faces burglary and harassment charges. Both remain presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court…
